Broken to Cracked

What does it mean to be the sort of cracked that lets the light in?

Someone once said about the poet William Blake, “I believe that man is cracked” and the friend responded, “Yes, but he is the sort of cracked that lets the light in.”

The apostle Paul (2 Corinthians 4:7-9) tells us that the goal of life is not to become a perfect museum piece, with no blemishes or rough edges – life is less about a nice exterior and more about caring inside the priceless treasure of God’s grace.

Today, trust that even your faults have a purpose.
